In addition to regular weekly pool service, certain miscellaneous items will be needed from time to time. 
These items include:
- Filter Cleaning: $60 each time. Usually done twice a year. Sometimes more or less often depending on how much dirt has accumulated.
- Water Conditioning: $35 each time. Usually done once a year. Sometimes more or less depending on water usage and weather conditions.
- Algaecide Treatments: $15 to $30 each time. Done on an as-needed basis. Cost depends on severity of algae problem.
